Try the FACETIGHT™ LED MASK for 60 days. If you’re not completely happy, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a $15 / £10 return shipping fee. The mask should be returned complete, with all accessories and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact our client services team at info@skindesignlondon.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Returns for faulty items are free.
1-year warranty
Skin Design London warrants the FACETIGHT™ LED MASK against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
What’s covered: manufacturing defects and hardware faults that happen with normal use. If your mask develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What’s not covered: damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, not following the care and usage instructions, cosmetic damage such as scratches, and normal wear and tear of accessories.
How to make a claim: email info@skindesignlondon.com with your proof of purchase and a short description of the fault.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.

This is the same FACETIGHT™ LED technology I’ve used in clinic for 18 years, now built into a mask anyone can use at home. I wanted every wavelength working with purpose, for the concerns I see every day: firmness, lift, clarity and glow.

The mask
What does an LED face mask do?
FACETIGHT™ LED delivers targeted LED wavelengths that skin cells absorb, supporting the cellular energy involved in collagen production, repair and renewal. Different wavelengths reach different depths and target different skin concerns.
What is the difference between red and near-infrared LED?
Red (630nm) is visible and supports collagen and renewal. Near-infrared (850nm and 1072nm) is invisible to the eye and reaches deeper to support repair and long-term skin health. In Tighten + Lift mode, all three work together.
How is it different from other LED masks?
It’s a treatment system, not a single-purpose LED mask. Four targeted modes, including Tighten + Lift with three wavelengths, let you personalise your treatment to what your skin needs each day. It was developed from 18 years of clinic research and treatments, and designed to work with the FACETIGHT™ Prescription.
Which mode should I use?
- For firmness and lift: Tighten + Lift (red + near-infrared).
- For congestion or breakouts: Clear (blue), then Tighten + Lift.
- For dullness or uneven tone: Glow (amber), then Tighten + Lift.
- For redness or sensitivity: Calm (green).
How soon will I see results?
Many people notice a more radiant look after their first sessions. Firmness and other results build with regular use, so follow the routine consistently for at least 4 weeks.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. It is made from soft medical-grade silicone and is waterproof, cordless and lightweight, so it is easy to use at home or travel with.
Using it
How do I switch modes?
Press and hold the side button to switch on. Press again to move through Tighten + Lift, Clear, Glow and Calm.
How often should I use it?
Up to 3 times a week, using one mode for 5 minutes per session. Using it more often will not speed up results.
How long is each treatment?
5 minutes is all you need. After 5 minutes, switch the mask off. It also switches off automatically after 10 minutes.
Should I use it before or after skincare?
Before. Use it on clean, dry skin, then follow with FACETIGHT™ Serum and Crème. For an extra boost, apply a FACETIGHT™ or EYETIGHT™ Hydrogel Mask straight after your LED treatment and leave it on for 5 to 15 minutes.
Can I use retinol with it?
Apply retinol after your session, never before, as it can make skin more sensitive.
Can I use it alongside clinic treatments?
Yes. It is designed to support skin before, after and between professional treatments such as injectables, peels and lasers. Always follow your clinician on timing.
How do I charge it?
Charge with the USB cable provided.
How do I clean and store it?
After each use, wipe the inside with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Don’t submerge it. Store it in its pouch, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Is it easy to travel with?
Yes. It’s cordless, lightweight and comes with a travel pouch, so your 5-minute treatment goes wherever you do.

Is it safe for my eyes?
Keep your eyes closed during every session and do not look directly at the LEDs.
Is it safe for all skin tones?
FACETIGHT™ LED works without heat, which makes it a considered choice for most skin types and tones. If you have a skin condition, use it alongside guidance from your clinician.
Who should not use it?
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have epilepsy or a history of seizures, have a condition that makes you sensitive to light, take medication that increases sensitivity to light, or have skin cancer or any unexplained marks or lesions on your face. If you have a medical condition or are unsure, speak to your doctor before use. Not suitable for children.

Together, TIGHTEN BOOST™ works on the skin and the muscles beneath, while FACETIGHT™ LED works at a cellular level. Both are built on the same technologies Fatma uses in her clinic for the SDL FACELIFT®.
How does it fit the FACETIGHT™ Prescription?
FACETIGHT™ LED is the treatment step. Use it on clean, dry skin, then follow with FACETIGHT™ Serum and Crème, which you use morning and evening every day.
