Step 1 - Meso:
Apply to clean, dry skin before any products.
Select Mode 1.
Glide the edge of the device in smooth upward strokes - cheeks, forehead, chin. Edge contact conducts the current.
Step 2 - Tighten:

Select Mode 2. Begin at intensity level 1.

Skin Design London warrants the SDL TIGHTEN BOOST™ device against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that arise under normal use conditions. If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, Skin Design London will repair or replace it at no charge.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modifications, failure to follow the care and usage instructions, cosmetic damage including scratches and dents, or normal wear and tear of accessories and attachments.

Claims purchased via Harrods should be directed to the Harrods Beauty team in the first instance.

Mode 1 (Meso Electric Needle) is used on completely dry, bare skin with no product applied. Applying product beforehand would block the skin's surface responsiveness and reduce conductivity. Apply your chosen SDL product after this mode, not before.
For Mode 2 (RF + EMS), apply FACETIGHT™ Serum or conductive gel to face and neck.
For Mode 3 (Electroporation), apply FACETIGHT™ Serum or targeted essence and do not wipe off.

Yes. SDL TIGHTEN BOOST™ can be used on the face, neck, décolletage and body to firm, lift and tighten skin wherever it is needed. Apply your FaceTight™ Serum or other desired product to the treatment area before use, and follow the same protocol as you would for the face. Do not use with oil-based products. For Meso mode, use on clean dry skin with no product.
SDL TIGHTEN BOOST™ is a non-invasive device intended for personal, non-clinical, cosmetic use. Do not use over active skin infections, open wounds, or areas affected by tumours, melanoma or fungal skin conditions. TIGHTEN BOOST™ uses 4 MHz Radiofrequency to deliver controlled energy into the skin, creating thermal activity designed to work within the dermal matrix rather than simply heating the skin’s surface. The aim is to support the structures associated with firmness, elasticity and visible lift.
Controlled RF energy creates a thermal response within the dermal layers, designed to support collagen and the skin’s structural matrix. With consistent use, this helps skin appear firmer, tighter, smoother and more lifted, with improved-looking facial definition.
TIGHTEN BOOST™ RF does not work by exfoliating, resurfacing or intentionally damaging the skin's surface. Instead, RF energy is designed to create controlled thermal activity beneath the surface, making it a different approach from treatments that intentionally disrupt the epidermal barrier.
The objective is controlled thermal energy, not intense surface heat. TIGHTEN BOOST™ incorporates NTC temperature-monitoring technology designed to regulate temperature during RF treatment and help protect against excessive heating.
