Use on clean skin. Follow all 5 modes in sequence 2–3 times per week for the full Dermal Matrix Protocol.
Step 1 - Meso:
Apply to clean, dry skin before any products.
Select Mode 1.
Glide the edge of the device in smooth upward strokes - cheeks, forehead, chin. Edge contact conducts the current.
Step 2 - Tighten:
Apply FACETIGHT™ Serum or conductive gel to face and neck.
Select Mode 2. Begin at intensity level 1.
Glide in upward strokes - cheeks, jaw, forehead.
Step 3 - Booster:
Apply FACETIGHT™ Serum or targeted essence - do not wipe off. Drive actives into the skin's surface layers.
Select Mode 3. Set intensity to level 2-3.
Hold device gently - slow circular movements.
Step 4 - Elasticity:
Apply FACETIGHT™ Crème around eyes or serum to face.
Select Mode 4. Begin at level 2.
Use slow upward sculpting movements over cheekbones and jawline.
Step 5 - Lift:
Apply conductive gel generously to jawline and neck.
Select Mode 5.
Roll upward and outward along jawline - chin to ear.
Skin Design London warrants the SDL TIGHTEN BOOST™ device against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions that arise under normal use conditions. If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, Skin Design London will repair or replace it at no charge.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modifications, failure to follow the care and usage instructions, cosmetic damage including scratches and dents, or normal wear and tear of accessories and attachments.

Most home devices operate on a single technology - RF only, microcurrent only, or LED only.
The SDL TIGHTEN BOOST™ combines five distinct clinical modalities in one sequential protocol, targeting the skin at surface, dermal and neuromuscular depth simultaneously.
The device operates across five sequential modes:
- MESO: Meso Electric with Blue LED 417nm. Prepares the skin, refines texture and supports active ingredient absorption.
- TIGHTEN: 4MHz RF + EMS with Red LED 633nm. The core firming and lifting mode. Supports collagen remodelling and visibly plumper, more resilient skin.

The SDL TIGHTEN BOOST™ is formulated to work in synergy with the FACETIGHT™ range.
Mode 1 (Meso Electric Needle) is used on completely dry, bare skin with no product applied. Applying product beforehand would block the skin's surface responsiveness and reduce conductivity. Apply your chosen SDL product after this mode, not before.
For Mode 2 (RF + EMS), apply FACETIGHT™ Serum or conductive gel to face and neck.
For Mode 3 (Electroporation), apply FACETIGHT™ Serum or targeted essence and do not wipe off.
For Mode 4 (Microcurrent), apply FACETIGHT™ Crème around the eyes or serum to the face.
For Mode 5 (EMS Rollers), apply conductive gel generously to the jawline and neck.

Yes. The SDL TIGHTEN BOOST™ has been developed and clinically tested for use across all skin types.

The MESO, BOOSTER and ELASTICITY modes can be used on the periorbital area with care. Avoid direct contact with the eye itself. For a targeted eye treatment, we recommend pairing with the EYETIGHT™ Hydrogel Mask.
Yes. SDL TIGHTEN BOOST™ can be used on the face, neck, décolletage and body to firm, lift and tighten skin wherever it is needed. Apply your FaceTight™ Serum or other desired product to the treatment area before use, and follow the same protocol as you would for the face. Do not use with oil-based products. For Meso mode, use on clean dry skin with no product.
SDL TIGHTEN BOOST™ is a non-invasive device intended for personal, non-clinical, cosmetic use. Do not use over active skin infections, open wounds, or areas affected by tumours, melanoma or fungal skin conditions. Do not use if you have an active implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, or an overactive thyroid. If you are pregnant or have a pre-existing medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use. Always read and follow the instructions supplied with the device.
